As a first time buyer in the Manhattan real estate market, it can be very overwhelming. I was fortunate enough to meet Karla early on in my search for a new home. I would absolutely recommend Karla to anyone in need of a licensed realtor. From the time of our initial conversations, Karla was able to listen to my requirements and build my search around those parameters exclusively without trying to encourage me to re-prioritize my ‘must haves.’ Once we were in contract to purchase, Karla went above and beyond whenever I needed her to – whether it was questions about next steps, attorneys, mortgage bankers, etc. Karla always had the right person in mind, or knew how to handle the situation.
At the time of closing, there were a few delays on the seller’s side which could have prevented me from closing before calendar year-end. Karla and her team were able to escalate to the right individuals to move things along so that all parties were able to attend the closing and meet my timelines.
I commend Karla’s attention to detail, especially with lengthy board packages, and negotiating tactics. I would gladly use Karla again and have already passed her name to some acquaintances for future reference. They would be lucky to have Karla on their side.
